Data Storage:

We point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the subscriber within the scope of cookies, as well as the buyer’s name, address, and credit card number [...].

Furthermore, the following data are also stored with us for the purpose of contract processing: name, phone number, address, and city. 

The data you provide are necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of charging the purchase price, to the shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of goods, and to our tax advisor for fulfilling our tax obligations.

If the shopping process is aborted, the data stored with us will be deleted. In the event of a contract conclusion, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).

The data including name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date are additionally stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is based on the legal provisions of §96 (3) TKG as well as Article 6 (1) lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.

On our website, we use Google Maps, a mapping service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to display interactive maps directly on the site and to make it easier for you to find directions to our partner stores.

By loading Google Maps, your IP address and other personal data are transmitted to Google in the USA. Google uses this data, among other things, for analysis and marketing purposes.
